Dear Parents and Guardians:
The Galloway Township School District has implemented an online system for signing important school documents such as our first
day paperwork. A link for ZippSlip can be found on our district homepage or by clicking the link here:
https://www.zippslip.com/Zippslip/Authenticate/District.aspx. We realize there were some technical difficulties at the beginning of the
school year; however, the system is now working well.
If you have not had the opportunity to use our ZippSlip system or choose not to, we are asking that you read the following documents
and complete the sign off sheet that was sent home in your child’s folder or print out a form below..
Please return this completed form to your child’s homeroom teacher. It is very important that we receive this information back so that
we have your acknowledgement in our system.
